Favorite Hymns

Its been recommended by friends that I post a hymns or other such thing that I enjoy. Ok. I have to admit, my favorite hymns, todate, have been O For a Thousand Tongs to Sing and Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing. I have enjoyed these hymns for a very long time. I think part of the reason I enjoy them so much is in how they flow. O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing continually praises the Lord, which has been something fewer and fewer of today's "Christian" songs seem honestly to be doing. There will be times that all I want to do is praise God and this song comes naturally to my mind. Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing is a favorite because it reminds me of how much God has done for me and how faithful He is, praising Him for every iota of it. Coincidently, I also enjoy these hymns, and others like them, because they have so little repitition in them and are scripturally sound. They are exceptionally creative and wonderful to sing, in that they don't need to repeat portions of the lyrics.
